THE HOME OPTIMIZER PACKAGE
As mentioned earlier, the EnviroCool System requires a 'tight' Building Envelope for the System to operate properly. The vaccuum created in your home will draw warm air in through cracks as easily as through our Cooling unit.
To address this issue, TNT has created the "Home Optimizer Package".
This Package includes:
   • The Complete EnviroCool System
   • Sealing your Home by sealing cracks and replacing worn or missing      Weatherstripping
   • Replacing older windows where necessary in Pre-1993 Homes.
To seal your Home, TNT uses a special Infra-Red Video Camera to inspect various common areas of air infiltration - with the EnviroCool System operating. The camera will show areas where heat is entering the home in RED, and the coolest areas in Blue. The areas of infiltration are then sealed.
Sub-standard Windows and Sliding Glass doors can easily be replaced using Milgard Brand replacement Windows without tearing into drywall or exterior Stucco. In most older homes, this improvement will make a vast difference in comfort - particularily for West and South facing exposures.

ENVIROCOOL PERFORMANCE
The EnviroCool Unit cools the air by evaporation of water through the 8" thick Cooling media in a much more efficient manner than an old fashioned swamp cooler. Due to this, it will be effective in a wider range of weather conditions than you could expect using other systems.
EnviroCool also cools your attic by exhausting the conditioned air from your Home into your attic several times per hour, greatly reducing heat infiltration through your ceiling.
Here in the Desert, our climate in the Summer in normally Hot and DRY - ideal for operation of the EnviroCool System. However, we do experience periods of extreme heat and humidity for short periods - mainly in July, August, & Early September. The conditions normally exist in the heat of the day - between Noon and 7:00PM. During these periods, the EnviroCool may not provide sufficient cooling for people intolerant of indoor temperatures in the Low-Mid 80's. If you are normally at Home during these times, and desire lower temperatures, you may need to use your Air Conditioner for a few hours before moving back to the EnviroCool. These high Temperature and Humidity conditions normally exist less than 15% of the time - or about 4-5 Days per month. For people who are away from home during these times, we recommend you leave the EnviroCool system on while you are away, and use the Air Conditioner for a short time when you return for optimal comfort.
