Assuming proper attention was paid to sealing up the many small cracks that exist in any home when it was built (a BIG Assumption!), over the years your house will settle, Door and Window seals will wear out, new leaks will form, etc. We call these spots Areas of Infiltration - your Conditioned Air leaks out of your Home and outside air leaks in. The majority of Homes have not had nearly enough attention paid to address this - if any - with consequently higher A/C Bills.

• A Visual Inspection is performed inside your home in the most common areas where leaks develop. Our Technician seals the leaks with Caulking or Insulating Foam. New Weatherstripping is installed on Windows or Doors where it has worn.
• $75 First Hour + $15 each 15 min additional + Weatherstripping

BETTER - BLOWER DOOR TEST

• A 'Blower Door' test is performed by closing all your Windows and placing an apparatus on your front door that blows air into the Home and pressurizes the inside. The test will measure exactly the amount of air your home is losing to Leakage. Our technician then walks around inside the home with a small 'smoke pencil' and can SEE where the small puffs of smoke are blowing out through the cracks - and he seals them.

BEST - THE HOME OPTIMIZER PACKAGE

• The EnviroCool System creates negative pressure (a vaccuum) in your Home and will draw air in through any areas of infiltration. This air will be warm and can be SEEN using a Thermal Imaging Camera. Sealing is then easily accomplished. This sealing is included as part of our 'Home Optimizer Package'
